Our Policy Response to COVID-19

Lasers Resource has been deemed an essential business and we want to update you on our policy responses to COVID-19 so that you can rest assured that we are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our clients, partners, and employees.
With the exception of our service techs and one warehouse person, every other employee is working remotely and all of our systems are performing well. We are pleased to say that we have no loss of capability and are fully operational.
HP has informed us that we are not having any supply chain issues for imaging supplies, machines are reporting, and we are drop-shipping to all locations. We are also maintaining a rotating schedule with 60% of our techs available any given day and can therefore still do installations.
